If you are travelling from Australia we have best-value packages that include special air fares, accommodation, transfers and, if you wish them, tours. These are available from our office in Melbourne and, after filling in the forms below, you can have dialogues with this office by email and/or free-call telephone. Out of these will evolve your flight dates, hotel bookings and so on. When you are satisfied we will confirm everything and you can pay by cheque or credit card. You can do it all from home, having tickets, vouchers and itineraries delivered to you by Express Post.

If you are travelling from anywhere else in the world our Bali office can do everything for you except arrange international air tickets into Bali. We can get domestic air tickets within Indonesia and international tickets out of Indonesia. When you first contact us at our Bali office let us know roughly what you would like to do and within what price range and we will reply to your email with some suggestions for your stay. When you have airline bookings with a firm arrival date and time, emaiI back to us this information together with your hotel preferences and we can check availability and make bookings. When we can confirm the bookings we will email you this information together with a request for payment, either as a deposit or as full payment, depending on hotel policy. You can pay this by bank telegraphic transfer or by faxing or emailing us credit card details and authorization. On receipt of this we will email you vouchers confirming your accommodation at our discounted room rate and deliver copies to the hotels concerned. If we have not received your deposit within a reasonable time we will assume you are not coming and we will cancel all bookings.

We will meet your flight with a car and guide and deliver you to your hotel and take you through the front desk check in. You can make arrangements with our guide to consult with you at any time during your stay on tours and activities available. We would remind you that our contract hotel prices are net and you will NOT have to pay hotel tax and service for your rooms, which in Bali is 21 %.

We are now in the fifth year of this Internet service and to date 100% of clients making use of it have expressed satisfaction.
